วันที่ ๒๑ มกราคม ๒๕๕๙ เวลา ๑๓.๐๐ น. พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รก. ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต มจร ร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมสมาคมสภาสากลวันวิสาขบูชาโลก (International Council for The Day of Vesak: ICDV) และคณะกรรมการมหาวิทยาลัย พระพุทธศาสนานานาชาติ (International Association of Buddhist Universities: IABU) หารือการดำเนินการของงานวิสาขบูชาโลก ครั้งที่ ๑๓ โดยมี พระพรหมบัณฑิต ศ.ดร., อธิการบดี มจร เป็นประธานการประชุม มีพระศรีคัมภีรญาณ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ พร้อมผู้บริหาร มจร เข้าประชุมร่วมกับคณะกรรมการสภาสากล ฯ เช่น Mr.Matsumoto ประธาน ITRI (President of ITRI) และ Mr.Anil Bakshi ร่วมประชุม ณ ห้องประชุม ๔๐๑ อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย อยุธยา

On 21 Jan 2559, at 13.00, Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU, Acting Director of Dhammaduta College of MCU was meeting with Executives, Lecturers, Staffs of MCU and International Council for The Day of Vesak and (International Association of Buddhist Universities Executive Council preparatory meeting on The 13th UN Day of Vesak Celebrations. The meeting is led by The Most Ven. Prof. Dr. Phra Brahmapundit, Rector of MCU. Meeting has Mr.Matsumoto (President of ITRI) and Mr.Anil Bakshi and others who were concerned to have a meeting at Meeting Room 401, the office of Rector Building, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University(MCU), Ayutthaya Province, Thailand.
