วันศุกร์ที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2558 เวลา 09.00 น. พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต ผจล.วัดอรุณ ฯ เป็นประธานการประชุมสัมมนาหลักสูตรวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต การประชุมสัมมนาพร้อมกับผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ มจร และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิหลากหลายสาขา ร่วมระดมความคิดพัฒนาหลักสูตรวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูตระดับมหาบัณฑิตและดุษฎีบัณฑิต ให้มีความสมบูรณ์ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพพระธรรมทูตให้มีความสามารถเผยแผ่ธรรมะ พูดได้หลายภาษา เช่น ด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาไทย ภาษาบาลี มีอุดมการณ์นักเผยแผ่ธรรมะ สอนปฏิบัติกัมมัฏฐาน เป็นต้น ณ ห้องประชุม ๒๐๕ อาคารมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วัดมหาธาตุ กรุงเทพฯ

On 14th Aug 2558/2015 at 09:00, Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU, Acting Director of Dhammaduta College of MCU calls a meeting with advisors and professors of MCU to improve curriculums of Dhammaduta College of MCU. The curriculums will be moved forward for MA and PhD degree levels soon. The meeting mentions that modern age of Dhammaduta given for many points of suggestions and Dhammaduta students should be trained as a professional teaching. Further more ideas are that curriculum of Dhammaduta college should have to train students in experts of English language, culture and tradition (of he attends to go that country), teaching of Dhamma, and Vipassana meditation etc; however, some suggested that Dhammaduta students should study outside class and inside class because they will gain real experiences before going abroad to spread Buddhist messages around the world. Vice Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU is chair of this meeting to develop curriculum Dhammaduta college at meeting room 205, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University in Bangkok. .
