เมื่อวันพุธที่ ๒ กันยายน ๒๕๕๘ พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ รก.ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต ผจล.วัดอรุณ ฯ เป็นประธานประชุมนิสิตต่างประเทศมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ส่วนกลาง ทั้งระดับปริญญาตรี โท และเอก เพื่อรับฟังการรายงานผลการดำเนินการ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้บริหารชมรมนิสิตต่างประเทศ ในการนี้ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ได้ชี้แจงหลักเกณฑ์การพิจารณาทุนการศึกษา กองทุนพระพรหมบัณฑิต สำหรับนิสิตต่างประเทศ ซึ่งกำหนดถวายทุนดังกล่าวพร้อมกับการจัดงานอายุวัฒนมงคลพระพรหมบัณฑิต กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม อธิการบดี ในวันที่ ๑๗ กันยายนศกนี้ ณ มจร อยุธยา พร้อมกับแจ้งกำหนดการพิธีถวายมหาสังฆทาน ในวันที่ ๒๓ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๘ ณ อาคารหอประชุม มวก ๔๘ พรรษา มจร อยุธยา

He was informed to change leaders of student club to make sure communication and information from all foreign students because Foreign Affairs Division is responsible for them who are from other countries. Moreover, Vice of Rector invited all monks to participate the 60^th anniversary birthday of Rector of MCU and offer scholarship for all students of MCU on 17 Sep 2558 and other one is a big donation (Mahasanghadana) on 23 Sep 2558 to warmly invite all for joining this ceremony at MCU, Wang Noi, Ayutthaya Province.
