วันที่ 29 กันยายน 58 เวลา 07.00 น. พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ (ไสว โชติโก) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการต่างประเทศ ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพระธรรมทูต ประชุมสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการระดมความคิดเห็น เพื่อพัฒนาภารกิจงานคณะสงฆ์ในการปฏิรูปพระพุทธศาสนา ครั้งที่ ๒/๒๕๕๘  โดยมีพระพรหมมุนี กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม เจ้าคณะภาค 15 (ธ) เป็นประธาน มีพระพรหมบัณฑิต กรรมการมหาเถรสมาคม อธิการบดี มจร เจ้าคณะภาค 2 บรรยายพิเศษ เรื่อง “การปฏิรูปกิจการพระพุทธศาสนา” การประชุมกลุ่มย่อย ด้านการเผยแผ่ นำโดย พระโสภณวชิราภรณ์ เป็นประธาน พระมหาชำนาญ มหาชาโน ผอ. ส่วนเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เป็นเลขานุการ ณ วัดพระธาตุดอยสะเก็ด ตำบลเชิงดอย อ.เชิงดอย จ.เชียงใหม่

This meeting is led by Phra brahmmuni, the 15^th Regional Governor of the Sangha. Phra brahmapundit, the 2^nd Regional Governor of the Sangha, Rector of MCU gives a speech of “the Reform of Buddhist Affairs”. The meeting of subgroup in Buddhist spreading is in charge of Phra Sophonvachirabhorn and Phramahachomnan Mahachano, Director of information & Technology is to be a secretary at Wat Phra That Doi Saket,  Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
